Due to increasing demand and popularity, our clients have created a fantastic opportunity for a Commis/Junior Chef to join their family run pub-restaurant. The successful candidate will love working with fresh local produce and will be able to work in all areasof the kitchen. Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients the restaurant offers a menu of high-quality pub classics and unique speciality dishes that sets them apart from crowd.Role responsibilities:

• Assist the team the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
• Ensuring the highest standards of food preparation whilst effectively communicating with peers across the kitchen
• General housekeeping
• Adhering to company health and safety practices

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience as a Junior/Commis Chef or similar
• Be passionate about delivering high quality, freshly prepared dishes
• Be a clear communicator and enjoy working in a team
• Work well within a team and willing to learn
