About our opportunityWe are the internal recruitment team working with our established and successful client based in Holme, Cumbria.Due to growth and internal promotions we are looking for an experienced Customer Service professional to join a friendly and professional team.As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be working in a busy, fast paced environment delivering an excellent level of service to all stakeholders. You will be an expert at building strong, business relationships built on reliability, credibility and trust.You will respond to a mixture of calls and email enquiries from retail partners, end users and customers, investigating and resolving queries in an efficient and timely manner.Working in a friendly team with a supportive and inspirational manager, you will thrive in a busy and fast paced environment and enjoy taking responsibility of a query and seeing it through to resolution for your customers; If this opportunity excites you,then we want to hear from you!RequirementsWho we are looking for:Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience in customer service / call centre / administration
  • A enthusiastic approach to learning and becoming a product specialist
  • A genuine passion for people / customers
  • Confident when answering questions
  • A professional telephone manner and strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Enjoy working within a small team
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Accountable for your own actions
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (word, excel and email)
  • Experience working with a CRM system
  • Well-presented and smart in general appearance
