Senior Quantity Surveyor - DryliningLocation: Holborn, Central LondonSalary Range: Up to £70,000 + Pension + Travel AllowanceCompany Profile: Our client, a prominent and highly successful construction and interior fit-out company, is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor with specialized experience in the drylining industry. With a strong presence in the CentralLondon market, our client remains anonymous but offers exceptional growth prospects, competitive compensation, and a dynamic work environment.Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can bring their expertise to the drylining sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in project cost management, ensuring that all drylining projectsare delivered within budget and on time. This position is based in the vibrant heart of London, Holborn.Key Responsibilities:

Perform cost analysis and budget control for drylining projects.
Collaborate closely with project teams to monitor costs and provide financial insights.
Procure materials and subcontractor services in a cost-effective manner.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts, change orders, and variations.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 4 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the drylining industry.
A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and procurement.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency with relevant software and tools.
MRICS or other relevant professional qualifications are desirable.
