Within this role you will support Bank Partners’ recruitment and workforce services in a marketing and communications capacity, with specific responsibility for the vaccination staff banks.What you will be doing• Digital marketing - Create, monitor and report on campaigns to ensure that ROI is achieved according to needs and budget. Advertising will include search engine as well as social media.• Job advertisement audits - create, post, re-write and monitor job ad performance from the ATS across various channels.• Reporting- Work with MI and digital teams in order to generate accurate reports on all parts of the recruitment pipeline.• Campaign management - Advise on new channels, processes and initiatives in order to improve recruitment and attraction, retention, engagement, candidate journey and other parts of the recruitment process.• Stakeholder management - To support and advise project managers across the vaccination banks at all levels, on all aspects of recruitment marketing.• Data management - The project requires the handling of sensitive candidate data from various sources and using it in secure ways to ensure that the correct applicants or workers are given the correct messaging in line with current data protection guidanceWe believe to be successful within this role, you will need to have• A flexible, adaptive, hands-on approach• Minimum of 2-3 years marketing experience • Experience within the recruitment marketing arena• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders• Experience with social media channels including Facebook Ads Manager• Experience with email creation software - Dotmailer/Dotdigital for preference, Mailchimp - desirable.• Applicant tracking system experience - desirableWhat we can offer youIn exchange for your hard work we can offer you a competitive salary, 25 days holiday which increases with years of service, company pension scheme, season travel ticket loan, holiday incentives abroad and awards for excellent performance alongside the opportunity to be part of a supportive and successful team.When you join Acacium Group, you will work in a caring culture that prioritises your well-being, is passionate, ambitious and delivers with integrity.
