Job Description

A leading law firm are looking to recruit a high level and committed receptionist on an urgent basis. You will be extremely well presented and articulate with a natural flare for top level customer service. Our client will consider candidates from all customerservice backgrounds however they are very keen to find someone who is relaxed in their approach and not robotic.Working hours will be on a rotation basis Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.30am - 7.30pm. 1 week on the rotation is allowed to be worked from home once fully trained when covering switchboard and administrative duties.Duties will include:

  • Meet and greet all clients & visitors to the office and notify the meeting organiser
  • Escort clients (internal & external) to their meeting rooms, taking coats/briefcases etc
  • Ensure clients needs are met at all times
  • Provide admin support
  • Photocopying & scanning
  • Ensure the meeting room schedule is up to date and printed each day
  • Keep training manuals up to date for sickness/holiday cover
  • Book & manage all meeting room requests
  • Coordinate refreshments/lunches with hospitality team
  • Maintain conference/meeting rooms - reporting any issues to the facilities team
  • Promptly answer & re-direct calls using a switchboard system
  • Assist with AV set up
