Job Description

County Care Group are looking for a Support Worker to support three young ladies in the Holbeach area.Responsibilities:

Provide person-centered care
Assist with daily living activities
Promote independence
Monitor health and well-being
Emotional and social support
Safeguarding

This will be working 30 hours per week including every other weekend, Tuesday evenings and some Thursday evenings. Please see example shift times below:Monday 09:00-14:00Tuesday 12:30 - 16:00 and Term time 16:45 - 18:30Wednesday 09:00-17:00 (Times Vary)Thursday 09:00-1600 and occasional 18:30 - 20:30Every other Saturday 6 hours (Times Vary)We offer a range of exciting benefits, such as:
