• Work across a range of different nursing clients, achieving rich variety and choice in where you go and what you do
• Deliver exceptional nurse-led clinical care to patients / residents
• Lead teams of HCAs and Support Workers to deliver high standards of personal and individualised care to patients / residents
• Promote best practice in nursing and clinical care
• Take the lead in in maintaining and developing services
• Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information
• Promote equality, diversity and individuals right
• Apply clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied patient cases
