Quest Employment are recruiting forGeneral Operativeroles on a temporary to permanent basis based in the Holbeach, Spalding area. To be considered for theGeneral Operativerole all candidates must be flexible within reason,reliable, and available for an immediate start when successful.Our client based in Holbeach, Spalding is responsible for recycling plastic product allowing this to re-enter the market as a reusable product where possible. In line with expansion plans this is a great time to join our client to grow your career potentialas the company continues to expand.Main duties and responsibilities:

• Sorting, grading, and packing, to include general warehouse duties as required
• Working in line with company SOPs
• General Upkeep of warehouse area
• Be actively aware and understand the Health and Safety Procedures

Required skills:

• Own transport or own way of getting to site location is essential
• Experience working in a recycling environment preferred but not essential
• Experience preferred, but not essential, as training will be provided
• Good level of English language both verbal and written
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Accuracy and attention to detail
