We have an exciting opportunity available for a Design Assistant to join our team based at the Holbeach site. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salaryplus great company benefits.Working hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday, however additional hours over the peak periods will be required to include early starts, late finishes and weekend working.We are SuperFlora! We are continuously working - together with our supply chain partners - on the optimal supply chain in which product quality has the highest priority.As our Design Assistant, you will provide design assistance to work across multiple accounts to help deliver our customers requests to the required high standards and in a timely fashion.What youll be doing as our Design Assistant:

• Creation of samples from specifications or commercial offers ensuring information is followed accurately
• Checking off samples upon arrival from Holland, loading and unloading samples
• Stock rotation of NPD chiller samples
• Responsibility and ownership of photography samples for Sainsburys (ordering flowers, making samples and arranging delivery)
• General housekeeping of NPD/NPD Chiller to ensure a clean and tidy working environment
• Occasional assistance with design alongside the designers
• In house photoshoot styling (training will be given)
• Carrying out store visits and making reports on findings
• Occasional travel to Newport

What were looking for in our Design Assistant:

• Have the ability to work confidently in a small team alongside the UK NPD team and the NL Commercial team
• Be a team player, motivated and hardworking with a can-do attitude
• Possess good time management and great organizational skills
• Have a flexible approach, uses their initiative and looks for solutions
• Have the ability to hand tie bouquets
• Knowledge of Flower varieties advantageous
• Be competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Possess a full driving license and own transport
• Excellent attention to detail
• Work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Commercial drive

• Dynamic, proactive, responsible and result oriented attitude
• Self-starting and ability to work independently
• (Near-) Native speaker of British
• A personable manner with resilience to a pressurised environment
• Experience in the horticulture / FMCG industry and experience in flower/ plants supply would be advantageous
