Job Description

Systems Lead with ERP / MRP - Hoddesdon£35’000 Annual Salary + BenefitsAbsolute IT Recruitment are delighted to be representing a multi-site retail and distribution firm on their Systems Leadvacancy in Hoddesdon.The role will involve hands-on support of the head office infrastructure, networks and their ERP / MRP systems. The right Systems Lead must be "data conscious" and be comfortable navigating around ERP / MRP Systems and ideally have experience with SQL. This Systems Lead position will include projects including a future Exchange/O365 migration and VoIP Phone upgrade.This Systems Lead would suit either a junior "hands on" IT Manager or a 2nd/3rd Line Engineer who is looking to own an entire IT Infrastructure and ERP environment.The successful Systems Lead will have the following attributes:

  • 5 years’ experience working within an IT Support Engineer role commercially within a mid-sized company
  • Experience supporting ERP / MRP Systems. Knowledge of Kerridge K8 would be highly desirable
  • Experience supporting Windows 7 / 8 / 10 and Windows Server 2012-2016.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy and DNS.
  • Exchange Server and Office 365
  • Hyper-V Administration
  • VoIP Phones
  • Networking - VPLS / WAN and TCP/IP
  • Experience with SQL is highly desirable.
