Our client in Hoddesdon are recruiting for a Commercial Property Accountant to join their team to drive the department forward at an exciting time of growth. Duties: * Preparation of management accounts * Prepare group consolidated financial statements* Review and record invoices against POs or contracts* Processing a high number of invoices on a monthly basis across* Calculation of VAT and PAYE* Review bank statements and the sales ledger* client account reconciliationsSkills and experience required:* Experience within property * Experienced using Qube desirable* High level of attention to detail * Excellent communication skills * Desire to progress within the role Due to the large numbers of responses, we receive, despite our best efforts it is not possible to respond to every application.
