Job Description

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a thriving independent Estate Agency covering the Cheshunt, Enfield and surrounding areas. Specialising in Lettings, Sales and Property Management and established over 15 years by highly professional andexperienced Directors who are NAEA qualified.We are recruiting an experienced Sales Manager who is naturally proactive and enjoys leading a team to manage their office based in Hoddersdon.As a Sales Manager in this role you will have earnings in the region of £60k + OTE in your first year and the opportunity for a long term career and stability.Interviewing now with an immediate start available!Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:

  • Managing the sales team
  • Ensuring that all applicants receive regular communications from the team
  • Assisting negotiators with difficult negotiations to agree sales
  • Ensuring vendors are updated on the progress, feedback and marketing of their property
  • Identify opportunities to generate new business
  • Work closely with sales team to achieve team objectives
  • Offer a high level of customer service
  • Conduct market appraisals and bring on new instructions for sales
  • Resolving any issues and complaints
  • Providing training and regular performance appraisals
Experience/Skills required for the Sales Manager:
  • Experience managing an Estate Agency Sales department
  • Driving licence and own car
  • Proven track record in sales
  • The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
  • Confident communication skills
  • Natural leadership qualities
Package/Benefits:
  • £25k basic salary per annum
  • £60k + on target earnings (uncapped)
  • Override commission paid on sales department banking
  • Initial 6 months guarantee which will have fees paid on valuations, new instructions and sales agreed
  • Monthly car allowance
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 6.30pm, Saturdays 9.30am - 5.00pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays off
  • Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays
  • Performance related bonus scheme
  • Opportunity to obtain NAEA or NFoPP/ARLA
