Job Description

HGV Class 1 NIGHT Driver in HoddesdonGot People is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to work various night start times and mid-week rest for our client based in the Hoddesdon area. This will involve store delivery work, a perfect role for HGV 1 drivers who want work with a prestigious company.Requirements of a Class 1 Driver

  • Driving (Cat C+E) Class 1 minimum 12 Months Experience.
  • Be able to complete store delivery runs.
  • Have British Licence, CPC and Digital Tachograph Cards.
  • No more than 6 points (No DR or IN).
  • Must have the correct PPE - HI Vis and Safety Boots.
Details:
  • AWR Rates from: £20.22 PH - £25.53 PH.
  • Overtime paid at time and a half after 48 hours
  • Available start times from: 22:00 - 04:00
  • Mid-week rest.
  • Location: Hoddesdon.
  • Duration: Ongoing.
Role of a Class 1 Driver:
  • Complete store delivery runs.
  • Complete vehicle checks.
  • Successfully undertake pre-employment assessment.
  • Successfully complete D&A (Drug and Alcohol) test.
  • Being flexible and able to complete runs safely.
  • Professional approach as a Brand Ambassador.
