Job Description

Customer Service Administrator required for an immediate start for this small, busy and growing team. This position is paying an annual salary of £25,000 - £30,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm.Duties:

  • Answer service calls
  • Log calls
  • Assist with installations
  • Liaise with Service Partners
  • Any other ad-hoc administration required
Benefits:

Experience required:
  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
  • PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
