Which means they are looking for people who want their efforts to be appreciated and to be treated properly within the Care framework requirements.They operate within the areas covered by the following, Cheshunt, Broxbourne, Hoddesdon, Stanstead Abbotts, Ware and Hertford and surrounding areas.If you are considering a career move or are looking to move into the care industry, we want to hear from you.We are seeking committed people who may have cared for a relative, their loved one or a friend. However, just having an interest in caring for the elderly and being motivated to do the job could be enough.They are paying £11.50 to £12 per hour and pay 40p per mile car mileage too. They average around 30 hours per week, however more or less hours could be available depending on your motivationIdeal candidates will be good listeners with high observation skills, excellent communication and a good understanding of the pressures of working with elderly people.We look forward to hearing from you very soon
