Job Description

Office AdministratorFull Time Permanent Monday - Friday 37.5 hoursSalary: £18,000 - £21,000Location: HoddesdonEN11ODRHere at RMG based at our head office in Hoddesdon we are looking to expand our back office team. Due to continued growth we are looking for an Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a hard working, reliable and conscientious MailroomAdministrator with a positive mindset.The role requires somebody who has a Can-do attitude and transferable skills. Passionate and motivated people are the power behind our company.Role and Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:

  • Process all incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Carry out the cheque banking within the finance system
  • Cheque Banking at local bank branch
  • Issuance of documents to clients for signature and return
  • Track, trace and follow up on documents not returned signed
  • File statutory accounts at Companies House ensuring receipt and logging
  • Request and process letters to accompany year end accounts
  • Responsibility for the reception area within the office.
  • Ordering and maintaining stationary suppliers
Skills and Experience required for the Office Administrator role:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Ability to work to deadlines and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organisation skills
