Job Description

We are looking for an experienced house cleaner in Birmingham to run regular turnovers at our rental properties in the City Centre. We are looking for a complete service and you will need to be available for all cleans throughout the week/weekends andthroughout the whole year (which may include Holiday periods). This is a Self-Employed Position. Job description: Making all beds to a top level Fully clean the house to a very high standard ready for our next guests Restock/replenish all consumables including toilet tissue and other amenities Replenish towels and linen and maintain correct inventory Ensure the kitchen is fully presentable and hyper-clean, emptying the fridges etc. Report any breakages and unusual mess left by guests Cleaner Benefits: Opportunity to earn a lot of money Flexible hours - we have several properties which need regular cleaning after guests leave Friendly management team Required: 2 written references Proof of address Proof of ID A valid driving license and drives own vehicle Must be aged 18+ Proof of right to work Great attention to detail and someone who relishes in a clean space Be a person that is super friendly This position will be great for a person with similar rental changeover/cleaning experience or someone that has worked as a housekeeper or hotel cleaner who is happy to work on regular changeovers Monday - Sunday. Pay will be £13 per hour and you will be expectedto provide your own cleaning materials. Mop and vacuum are provided at the property. Our business relies on receiving great reviews and our guests expect a high level of cleaning. Therefore, we need the chosen person to be on top of their game, reliable, responsive, ready, and willing to work.
