An international, award-winning dialler company that works very closely with their customers to deliver the very best in dialler solutions is now looking for an IT Change Operations Manager to join their office in Birmingham. They dont believe in the ordinary. They like to go that little bit extra and design their solutions to be innovative and groundbreaking. The customer is at the forefront of everything they do.The company is seeking an IT Change Operations Manager to support the delivery of the strategic projects and changes. The position offers a wide variety of responsibilities from the day to day deliverance of IT support and general team oversight of the IT team to more business-related responsibilities such as project management and helping resolve client issues, etc.You will provide PMO and Project Management expertise in the delivery of change within the IT Operations and Head office areas. This will include portfolio level financial tracking, reporting and also hands-on work as well. This role will involve designing and implementing processes to significantly improve change delivery in the IT Operations area and to own the ongoing change delivery improvement plan.Key Requirements:
