Love the recruitment process but hate the agency world Or been in-house for a while and looking for a changeIm working with a group who operate in the hospitality and leisure sector. They have multiple sites which home their c500 employees. Were looking for a recruitment and development coordinator to join them at an exciting time of growth and activity. You will look after the full lifecycle of the candidate experience; You will take the briefs from the hiring manager, advertise the role, have screening conversations with potential candidates, arrange interviews, process offers, send out starter packs and then follow up with new starters to see how theyre getting on (aaaand breathe). You will be working with a hugely passionate senior HR leader who will be there to support and develop you. They use a state of the art ATS system (Hari), so you will ensure all the data and stages are updated accordingly. It is a pressurised environment and challenging market, but you will be expected to deliver the very best candidates to the hiring managers.Location wise, you will be spending most of your time in the based in one of the properties - which does require you to have your own transport. As places to work go, you cannot get much more picturesque than this! From a salary perspective, it will depend on your experience, but it will be circa £22,000 - £25,000. Working as part of a hospitality group has plenty of other benefits, including discounts on stays, foods and spa visits. If you are interested or want to know more, call me, send me a message, DM- whatever is easiest. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary.
