Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for an International Administrator to join a market leading logistics business based in Hinckley.Role: International AdministratorSalary: CompetitiveLocation: HinckleyPurpose of the Role:Provide support to the International Road Service Team and ensure the company achieves outstanding Service performance and Customer Experience.To communicate operational and specialist international advice to Group, Customer and Business contacts.Duties:Resolve Service performance issues on Road Services ensuring actions arecompleted to improve overall Service and Customer Experience.Assist with the completion of presentations and reports for the InternationalManagement team as required in a timely manner.Work with the Road Team to conduct trend analysis and make proactiverecommendations to enhance or improve service performance.Actively assist in the resolution of Customer and Group queries and complaintsrelating to the International Road Operation.Provide weekly updates to the International Road Service Manager regardingService, Customer recommendations and Operations as required.Provide support on specific projects, working groups or other duties as required bythe International management team in order to develop or enhance theinternational service offering.Supporting the International Operations Department by providing cross functionalsupport for all products/services as required.Continually develop and improve Group Quality and Network KPIs.Liaise with Customer Services, Sales and CRM, and other departments asappropriate to understand the requirements of Customers.The successful candidate will be proficient in Keynote and/or PowerPoint and have a good understanding of Word and Excel.You will have excellent attention to detail, communication skills, be flexible and have the ability to work under pressure. You must possess excellent organisational skills and be an excellent team player. Required skills
