This Events Marketing Manager job role will involve:
  • A unique opportunity to lead, develop and deliver the onsite events business at a globally recognised engineering and technology facility - commercialise the available assets.
  • Responsible for delivering all aspects of strategically important onsite events.
  • Support the promotion of events using various digital platforms.
  • Seek opportunities and develop relationships with event and industry partners to support the growth of onsite and offsite events.
  • To continuously improve the development and execution of onsite and virtual events.
This Events Marketing Manager job role will suit:
  • You will have a proven track record in the planning and delivering events that are ideally B2B.
  • We are looking for a candidate that has experience of delivering events that are venue based e.g., maximising and commercialising the assets of a venue.
  • Events sales and marketing experience - promoting and selling venues to pre-determined commercial targets.
  • You will be a confident communicator and able to communicate effectively with senior level business leaders, customers and sometimes even VIPs!
  • There will also be some virtual events such as webinars so experience of hosting and delivering these types of virtual events would be advantageous.
  • A confident user of relevant web-based marketing software / email marketing systems.
