Job Description

Customer Service & Sales Support Office Manager : £35,000 - £45,000 Plus bonus & superb benefits + Hols!Office based - Monday to Friday - ( Coventry )Personality, leadership, can-do attitude and get stuck in mentality is key for this position.Leading a small sales support team in dealing with all technical enquiries, customer orders, quotations and management.A giant role for an ambitious person who is open minded and builds relationships easily.You will be an all action customer service, sales and process improver . OCD levels of organisation and attention to detail with brilliant time management.This is a 10mil turnover business and you will have the power and influence to help with growth potential and managing a key part of the UK business! Start ASAPThe Role & Person: You could call this a Sales Manager role or Internal Sales Operations Manager or maybe Sales Office Manager so you should have done a similar sales or office manager or junior GM role but no1. Is - you are in the mix getting stuck in and leading by example!As I am sure you can tell from above it is a multifaceted role for someone used to working in a small company where you get stuck in and lead a small team to success.**To facilitate growth through fantastic organisation and structural ad process improvements**

  • Build relationships with new, existing and key customers
  • Manage and develop a small team of 5 to work to the same standards in the same structure
  • Manage the Sales and customer CRM system
  • Set targets and work as a team and lead them to hit these targets
  • Between 20 and 60 calls a day depending on the day and being the front of the team and face of the company
  • You will be willing to learn and grow as a person.
Key Skills for this role:
  • Sales and Customer service experience is critical
  • Administration and management of the quality use of a CRM system
  • Multi-tasking and time management
  • Structure and process improvement experience
  • Communication skills - clear and concise from up to the MD, to the warehouse guys, customers and anyone in between.
  • KPI and target setting.
  • Ability to look at the day to day but also the bigger picture and how your work and actions affect the supply chain.
  • Hard work - Yes this is a skill!
