Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients according to individualized care plans and clinical protocols.
Conduct thorough assessments of patients health status, including vital signs, medical history, and current symptoms.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor their effectiveness.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring continuity of care.
Monitor and evaluate patients progress, report any changes in condition, and adjust care plans accordingly.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Adhere to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse.
Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting, preferably in NHS Trust or Private Hospitals.
