Job Description

Office Administrator -My client a protein manufacturer are looking for a switched on administrator , based near MarkDue to location you must have your own transportHours Monday to Friday 9 am to 1 pm will eventually go 9-3We are looking for a driven and capable individual to join our clients growing businessThe successful applicant will assist in all the day to day admin tasks that contribute to the running of the business. Supporting the Management Team whilst keeping on top of daily duties which require high organisation skills and excellent prioritisingabilities.The Role

  • To be in direct contact with our Customers & potential new Customers via phone and email
  • Answering the phone, directing calls and taking messages
  • Welcoming of site visitors
  • Processing of sales orders / control P/O transactions
  • Inputting data into the system
  • Ability to arrange Transport collection and deliveries in future
  • Monitoring and ordering of stationery, supplies and consumables
  • Any other general office duties / support to all office based functions where required
  • Ability to work across many areas of administration
