We are looking for a Experience Sous Chef in Luxury Resort - What We Are Looking ForWe are on the search for a confident, motivated, and self-driven Sous Chef loaded with creativity to build a new business and make a name for themselves. They need to gather and train a strong motivated team to create consistent quality and customer confidence.Your key responsibilities as the Sous Chef will consist of:

• Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and stocked at all times.
• Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu
• Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
• Ensure all complaint handling is dealt with professionally and in line with procedures
• Able to carry out basic tasks efficiently and effectively
• Training is offered
• Depending on experience, you’d be expected to lead the pass on Head Chef’s days off.
