Job Description

With their Head Office in Maldon, Essex and a growing number of customer sites across Essex, my client now seeks an additional IT Support Engineer to join their established and customer focused teamRole:

  • Provide 1st / 2nd Line IT support via phone, live chat and remote access, sometimes email too.
  • Project manage new systems installations (training given if you need it)
  • Project manage office moves (training given if you need it)
  • To provide the best customer experience
  • Log all tickets
  • Log all ongoing or persistent issues and suggest / implement solutions
  • Liaise with the customer effectively so that they are aware of the fault status and resolution target
