About the companyAre you a diligent financial administrator dealing with clients’ savings, investments and long-term financial stability My client, an Chartered Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) based in Hextable, Kent has a good foothold in the south london market, servicing a small but loyal HNW client bank of local private individuals. Their client base totals £400m of Assets Under Management. Due to the internal progression of an Administrator to a Senior Administrator, the Principal Director is seeking a new Financial Administrator to join the team and support the team of paraplanners and advisers.What you will be doingYou will be working on obtaining clients financial details, assisting paraplanners with fact finding , preparing all meeting documents and necessary resources. Settiing up annual reviews for clients will also be a key part of the role. This role will be suitable for a Financial Administrator with at least 2 years of experience, a good academic background and ideally someone who is studing or wishes to study towards their CII Diploma (DipPFS or DipFA) .What benefits you will recieve You will benefit from study support for any exams you are undertaking, extensive exposure to working with Paraplanenrs and experienced adviser.
