Job Description

Start Date: As soon as possible Pay: KR5 This is an exciting opportunity to join ourexpanding school. We are looking for an organised and efficientBusiness Admin Officer working 37 hours per week to administer a variety ofschool related office duties. Your role is to act as the liaison betweenvisitors, staff and students to ensure smooth communication and promptresolution of all queries. You will also support our daily admin activitiesand you should be able to work autonomously and assist in more complex adminduties as and when required. We welcome you at any stage of your career, frommainstream or special education as we provide a programme of specialisttraining for all new members of staff, in addition to our ongoing ContinuingProfessional Development programme. Broomhill Bank School (West) is situated in Rusthallnear Tunbridge Wells, and is the administrative centre for the school as awhole. Broomhill Bank (North) opened in September 2015 and is situated in Hextable,near Swanley, which hosts our residential provision. We are members of the collaborative group of KentSpecial Schools, KSENT, comprised of 24 special schools across Kent. Broomhill Bank School is the host school for theSpecialist Teaching and Learning Outreach Service within the Tunbridge WellsDistrict. We deploy this resource to support children and young people withSEND in mainstream schools and Early Years settings across the Tunbridge WellsDistrict.
