My client who is a logistics provider are looking to recruit an experienced Billings & Finance Assistant to join their finance department. This role will be reporting to the Finance Manager.Job Responsibilities1 Billing for Imports /exhibition/domestic/Inter-company and Adhoc2 Checking all charges are correct before billing and matching them to rates for clients3 Inter-company confirmations4 Preparing profit splits with other station for exhibition billing5 Handling customer and internal queries6 Liaising with other depts. and stations7 Checking all back-up paperwork and matching to billing8 Meeting deadlinesRequirements1 Able to work under pressure and meet deadline2 ability to liaise with all levels and across the group3 Able to work on their own and take initiative to resolve issues4 Team player5 Comfortable with using different systems.6 Good Communications skills7 good organisational skills8 have some accounts background9 be able to pick up relatively quicklyIdeally candidates will have 3 years plus experience within a Billings/ accounts position.You must be able to provide 5 years clear references without any gaps and a Disclosure of Scotland is required for the role.
