This role is based in Hull for this successful Wealth Manager, to apply you need to have financial services experience, putting together review packs for clients, experience ideally in using XPLAN and Dynamic Planner.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company policies and proceduresWork with colleagues to ensure adherence to company procedures and standardsEnsure shared working area is kept up to date and all client documents are saved on the X drive/ XPLAN when finalisedMaintain records according to the company standardCommunicate with colleagues and product providers in a professional manner, using appropriate business language and correct grammarAttend regular operations meeting to discuss ongoing work and raise any queriesAssist other support staff when needed and when there is capacity to do soHandling telephone and email enquiries efficiently and effectivelyCompile a full review pack for each client annually when requested by adviser/client liaison that ensures the client remains compliantEnsure timely execution of requests to produce client review reports to include attitude to risk analysis, fund analysis and portfolio performanceAccurate recording and maintenance of information on Dynamic PlannerAssisting advisers in the creation of client financial reports and lettersProducing detailed valuations of clients investments
