Job Description

Senior IT Support Analyst -Hessle, East Riding of YorkshireSalary:£25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience) + benefits (see below)Were looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual with amazing customer services skills to fit into a busy technical team servicing a wide range of clients.Someone with at least 3 years experience in IT, looking for a change of scenery or looking to make the step up to a senior role.Come and join a friendly and welcoming team and enjoy some of our additional benefits, including NHS top up scheme and Birthday day off as well as contributory pension.Wed love to hear from you if youre interested!Responsibilitiesof our Senior IT Support Analyst

  • Carry out technical support and troubleshooting with clients and internal teams to include Windows Servers and network administration.
  • Log incoming support issues and coordinate with other staff if necessary.
  • Assist in project implementation where required.
  • To participate in the on-call 24x7 support rota if required.
  • Requirement to work some bank holidays - on a rota with the whole of the team, days returned in Lieu
  • To respond quickly to incidents and ensure clients are kept informed of progress.
  • Receive escalations from support analysts.
  • Build excellent working relationships with key internal and external clients.
  • Deliver a high level of service to clients through a positive client focused attitude.
  • Document resolutions for future reference.
Qualifications/Skills of our Senior IT Support Analyst
  • Minimum 3 years experience in remote IT support or an IT service desk environment.
  • High level of expertise in modern windows desktop environments.
  • Expertise in modern windows server environments.
  • Office 365 experience is essential, ideally within a cloud solution partner environment.
  • Azure experience desirable but not essential.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability.
  • VOIP experience desirable.
  • Experience of administering network switching and firewalls is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to communicate with clients, colleagues and suppliers at the highest level.
  • Good organizational skills and an ability to work under pressure and balance priorities to meet strict daily
  • deadlines and high performance and quality standards.
