Chief Financial Officer - Competitive Salary + Incredible Benefits, plus shares - Hessle, East Yorkshire/ Hybrid-workingMS3 Networks are recruiting for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will be responsible for the companys financial strategy whilst leading the Finance Team into building effective policies and financial governance.We are a capex heavy, fast paced business that has been trading for 12 years. In December 2021 we received significant investment allowing us to roll out our ultra-fast broadband to more homes and businesses. With this growth comes a heavy reliance on capitalneeds and meeting investors expectations.This role in based in Hessle, East Yorkshire, and ability to work from Hessle on a hybrid model is required.As expected with a C-Suite position, comes great responsibility, and you will be accountable for driving the companys financial planning, whilst supporting the needs of the companys private equity investors. Its essential that you have experience withina similar CFO position and have institutional investor, private equity experience along with the experience to implement effective risk management procedures to ensure sound financial decision making and resilience.We offer an excellent package, along with incredible benefits, plus shares. About MS3MS3 is a fibre network operator based in the Kingston-Upon-Hull area, we are on target to pass over 500,000 homes and businesses with full fibre. As a wholesale-only provider, MS3 will enable its existing and future ISP clients to provide up to 10Gb connectionsto end customers, building on their existing fibre ring through Hull and to more than 30 other locations in the region.Chief Financial Officers Key Accountabilities:

• Support the board and the CEO in driving the companys financial planning.
• Supporting the CEO in providing excellent financial analysis, and commentary for key decision making.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting to the Company and externally.
• Leading the companys upcoming debt raise alongside our equity partners.
• As a Capex intensive business, focusing on bringing down costs and optimising cost structures.
• Continuous forecasting of Capex/Opex needs to be presented to equity / debt providers.
• Perform risk management by analysing the organisations liabilities and investments.
• Support the CEO and advise the board on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
• Control and evaluate the organisations fundraising plans and capital structure.
• Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organisations operations.
• Support the procurement manager and financial functions of this department.
• Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports including financial modelling.
• Ensure Company compliance with financial, regulatory, and legal legislation.
• Provide guidance, training, and management of the finance team.

CFO Requirements:

• A chartered recognised accountancy qualification for E.g.: CIMA, ACCA, ACA.
• Previous experience within a fast-growing business, especially in a growth phase.
• Previous experience within a Private Equity backed company.
• Telecommunications experience or similar in utilities.

Recruitment Timeline:

• Applications to be received no later than the 17th of February 2023.
• Shortlisting and 1st stage interviews to be conducted week commencing 20th March 2023.
• CEO Interview will follow between the 27th of February and the 10th of March 2023.
• Final candidates will be then invited to meet with the Chairman and private equity partners.
