Reed Sales & Marketing are exceptionally excited to be working with a nationally established Home Care provider in their search for a Bid Writer!Based in Hull, this is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced bid writer to further their understanding of the social care industry and increase their own earning potentials!Benefits:Wage: £30,000 to £50,000 (dependant on experience)Working hours: 37.5 hours Monday to FridayHolidays: 25 days + Bank holidaysCompany Contribution pensionOn site parkingOngoing professional development and training opportunities + progression opportunitiesResponsibilities:• Research, identify, and evaluate bidding opportunities within the Home Care industry within our geographical area.• Write compelling tender proposals that effectively highlight our strengths, services, and competitive advantages.• Collaborate with the senior management team and your Line Manager to gather necessary information and data for bid submissions.• Ensure all tender documents are submitted accurately and within specified deadlines.• Continuously monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to refine bid strategies.• Maintain a comprehensive database of bid-related information, templates, and supporting documents.Requirements:• Proven experience as a Tender Writer, ideally within the Home Care or healthcare sector.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.• Strong research and analytical skills to gather and interpret relevant data for tender submissions.• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in preparing bid documents.• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.• Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.• Relevant qualifications with APMP (or equivalent)If you are a talented Bid Writer looking for a rewarding opportunity in the Home Care industry, please apply below!
