Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Programme support Assistant to join our client Health Education England (HEE) in their Training Programme Management team. Are you an experienced Administrator who has good data entry and meeting support skills Then thiscould be the role for you.Role: Programme support Assistant - Health Education EnglandSalary: £9.50ph and then rising to £10.40ph after 12 weeksHours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday 9am-5pmLocation: Hybrid working, and the office is Health House, Grange Park Lane, Willerby, East Yorkshire, HU10 6DTDuration: 3 Month temporary rolling contract with possibility to be reviewed for extension and opportunities to apply for permanent positions within the organisationRole Overview:

  • Arrange/provide admin for meetings and events including note taking, distribution of papers & information, making sure any actions are circulated, rooms booked for next meeting, photocopying, scanning documents, collating information etc (this includesassistance for ARCPs, interviews, training days and other school events.)
  • To communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support for projects delegated by other members of the team as required. This includes managing trainee files and electronic filing etc.
  • Supporting event/conference organisation (both virtual and face to face)
  • Assist with annual doctor assessments (ARCPs)
  • Data entry and monitoring of quality of data on numerous systems
  • To act as first point of contact for the doctors and consultants (electronically & verbally)
What we are looking for:
  • Experience of working to deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience of working with SharePoint and MS Teams (Desirable)
  • Good levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Be able to work independently and remotely
  • Experience of working in a teams
