Job Description

A skilled Accounts & Office Administrator is needed to join the team at this leading IT Services and Consultancy company based in Hessle, England.They create high-quality and entertaining online real money games for the global online casino industry, as well as developing some fantastic software and product solutions to a fabulous range of customers in the UK gaming and hospitality sectors.They are based in Hessle, East Yorkshire, but their team is made up of talent from many parts of the UK (and as a wider group many parts of Europe).They are looking for an individual that can be part of their team, assisting the Finance Director and providing support to their Sales & Product teams.This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun and growing team!About the CompanyThey are a 27 years old company.   • Liaising with suppliers including setting up new trade accounts and developing existing and new relationships
  • Ordering supplies and materials utilising existing systems
  • Processing purchase invoices regularly in order for Management accounts to be produced timely
  • Liaising with customers, ensuring payment terms are adhered to and developing their relationships with the AP Departments
  • As a central point of contact for the team, arranging travel and accommodation requirements when required either for individuals or for a group
  • Co-ordinating trade shows and exhibitions when required
  • Being actively engaged with Quality Management systems
Required Skills:
  • Good knowledge of standard office software programmes, including Microsoft & Sage 50,
  • Have excellent organisational skills
  • Have a positive can do attitude
  • Be focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service
  • Can effectively plan and manage their own time
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
