Job Description

Audit Senior - Top 20If youre looking for an exciting new role to grow your audit career and develop your skillset, then this is the ideal position to fulfil that. Work as part of an ever growing Top 20 firm, that can provide you with the skills you need to progress and push yourcareer to the next stage.The RoleAs an Audit Senior at this impressive firm, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Taking ownership of a portfolio, under your managers guidance
  • Being responsible for audits from planning to completion
  • Working on a range of clients, with a focus on SMEs
  • Coaching/training junior members of staff
  • Contributing to achieving revenue and profitability targets
  • Cultivating lasting client relationships
  • Active involvement in completing audit fieldwork, including planned substantive and analytical audit procedures, often on-site at client premises
  • Preparing statutory financial statements based on client data, identifying high-risk areas or matters of concern for Partner/Manager review
The Ideal Candidate
  • ACA/ACCA Qualified (Equivalent)
  • A solid understanding of IFRS/UKGAAP
  • The ability to coach and mentor junior team members
