Our team purpose is to enable teams building secure identity, authentication,authorization, resource management, and governance systems to digital content at scale.As the enterprise identity architect, you form part of the identity solutions team, you will work to understand and build end-to-end identity scenarios. Working with customers to understand details of their identity solutions, provide recommendations, andbuild test environments. • Leading the stakeholder community across the group having Enterprise level responsibility for all identity technology architecture group wide
• Define and lead Identity strategy for bp and the supporting platforms to drive the adoption of the new technology and its associated ways-of-working
• Team managementleading the bp architects under the identity umbrella
• Support building the identity engineering disciple within the greater bp community to collaborate on standard methodologies and common goals.

About you:

• Experience in technical IT security, identity, or a related role
• Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, or relevant job experience
• Hands-on technical expertise architecting, building and supporting enterprise wide identity solutions
• An understanding of the cloud computing and modern identity architectures
• Ability to engage and influence at the C-suite level.
• Leading large scale centralised IT delivery, specifically in application. development and application maintenance.
• Managing global, distributed, and diverse teams.
• Experience in strategic vendor management in a multi-vendor ecosystem.
• Understanding of Agile IT Service Management (ITSM) and DevOps / Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery frameworks.
• Strong ability to dive deep into customer solutions.
• Willingness to be hands-on to experiment with and learn about a variety of technical solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to turn detailed analysis into useful strategic insights and make appropriate recommendations.
• Experience and detailed knowledge of the identity use cases and insights related to cloud computing, digital applications, and core business processes.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience in Saviynt Identity management solutions
• Core Business Platforms like SAP, Salesforce
• Experience in Governance Risk and Compliance
• Good knowledge of Access models, Authentication protocols, Role design and identity life cycle events
