Job Description

This is a highly exciting and varied opportunity for a passionate and ambitious Office Manager & HR Assistant to join an equally passionate company in Basingstoke!Our client are offering a salary of up to 30k, 25 days holiday (including 3 days additional family and community leave), private health insurance, hybrid working, a dog-friendly office and more! Please note that this opportunity is NOT suitable to anyone withpet allergies.The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the office, HR duties, and be involved in event planning for customers and the team. This is a highly varied and fast-paced role for someone who has office manager experience and is interestedin HR.As the Office Manager & HR Assistant, you will benefit from:• Salary of 28-30k depending on experience• Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break)• Hybrid working (2-3 days in the office)• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays• 3 additional family and community leave days• Private medical insurance• Travel insurance• Life Assurance• Company pension• A close-knit, social and passionate office with communal lunches• Paid-for CIPD qualificationAs the Office Manager & HR Assistant, your responsibilities will include:• Managing office supplies and equipment• Handling any queries relating to the smooth running of the office• Dealing with Health & Safety• Be involved in the entire recruitment cycle from recruiting new staff, to on-boarding and supporting staff members and creating a positive, celebratory working culture• Organising and managing company events, team-building activities and celebrations• And more!Who were looking for:Were on the lookout for someone who is experienced in Office Management and is a flexible, adaptable and passionate person with an interest in HR.
