Quality Engineer (Manufacturing)£35,000 - £42,000 + Flexitime + Training + Progression Hereford, HerefordshireAre you a Quality Engineer from a manufacturing / production background looking to work for a rapidly expanding company offering guided training and mentoring as well as the opportunity to progress into a managerial role On offer is a hugely varied role where you will be working across all aspects of the company in a hands on quality position. You will be handling audits as well as managing quality concerns from cradle to grave all while being mentored by the quality directoras you progress your skillset and develop into the Quality manager.Due to consistent workload, this company are looking to expand their Quality department by bringing on a new engineer. Having grown exponentially since their incorporation 30 years ago this company work in a niche sector across multiple vital industries includingMilitary and Aerospace specialising in R&D and new product introduction.This role would suit a Quality Engineer from a manufacturing background looking for a technically challenging, varied and rewarding role with plenty of guided training and clear routes to progress into a management position.The Role:

Supporting the production departments to ensure all control measures are followed
Manage quality concerns from cradle to grave, facilitating investigations to identify and eliminate the root cause of quality concerns
Monday to Thursday, 9:00am - 4:30pm, Friday, 8:30am - 2pm, 37.5 hours a week, flexitime
Overtime paid 1.5x on weekends and normal rate on weekdays
