Job Description

Opportunity for a team leader / production supervisor to join a leading manufacturing company.The business is an expanding company who produce award-winning products and supply some of the largest companies in the UK. You will work four 12-hour shifts each week and be responsible for a team of around 20 staff.As the team leader, your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring KPIs are met

Reporting any issues which arise to the shift manager

Ensuring all standard work instructions are followed

Ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained.

Experience as a team leader / production supervisor within manufacturing.

Excellent communication skills.
