Job Description

My client is highly respected and one of the most established names within their field, they are in Helsby and are currently recruiting for an Apprentice Credit Controller.With a salary of between £10,983to £21,674. As this is an apprenticeship role the salary will be based on the national minimum wage with the opportunity to progress.Benefits:

Study support for recognised credit control qualification (one day per week from home to study)

Duties:

Reach out to clients via phone and email to confirm receipt of invoices and secure payment commitments.
Handle daily banking and process cash receipts.
Manage the remittances inbox and update client notes in our system.
Conduct credit checks for potential and existing clients.
Prepare daily and weekly reports for senior management.
Identify areas for process improvement.

Specification:

No prior work experience is necessary for this position, although experience in any field would be beneficial.
Successful completion of GCSE (or equivalent) with good grades including Mathematics and English.
An organised and methodical approach.
A customer service-oriented mindset.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
