Job Description

  • Effectively managing the supply chain of third party suppliers and sub-contractors ensuring service level agreements are met.

  • Working closely and building strong relationships with third party providers and sub contractors.
  • Monitor expenses, stay within budget, and control project-related costs effectively.
  • Managing contracts and agreements.
  • Lead meetings with partner companies, ensuring clear understanding and effective communication.
  • Explore ways to enhance work processes, propose improvements, and share these ideas with the team.
  • Ensure the workplaces safety and adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Profile
  • This role would suit a graduate in a supply chain related degree or alternatively experience working in a procurement/contract management position.
  • Suitable background for government clearances - All candidates must be able to clear high security clearance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • PC/Computer literate, confident in using Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent customer service qualities and high principles in service delivery.
  • Collaborative mindset
  • A good team player
  • Able to exercise a good deal of tact and diplomacy with a professional approach.
