Job Description

SITE MANAGERLocation:HelensburughDay Rate:£350 - £400 per day paid via CIS EngagementI am currently looking for a Site Manager to come on board and be responsible for the management of all site construction works. Making sure all standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control are upheld.SITE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the team to ensure that projects are completed in a safe manner whilst customer requirements and expectations are always maintained or exceeded.
  • Take responsibility for the successful delivery of various projects in the Civils and Water sectors.
  • Deliver the work to the specified quality without defects.
  • Ensure production and implementation of Project Plans, RAMS, ITP’s plus other Safe Systems of Works, when specified, in line with Company procedures.
  • Produce and manage the project construction programme as well as producing 4 weekly look ahead programmes.
  • Produce procurement schedules and liaise with the procurement department to ensure sites have adequate resources to complete the tasks.
SITE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
  • Has previously worked as a Site Manager before on a Civil engineering project.
  • Must have SC Clearance or a P4 pass.
  • Previous experience in Civil/FRC and Water/Utilities works.
  • Knowledgeable in CDM regulations, Design Management, and Risk Management
  • Previous Experience managing subcontractors value greater than £1m.
  • Knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract
  • CSCS (Site Manager)
  • SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely
  • Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering, or equivalent
  • Desirable - First Aid, NRSWA, Confined Space Training
