Helensburgh and Lomond Community Nursing Team are seeking to recruit an experienced first level general nurse, with a Specialist District Nursing Qualification.The post holder will be responsible for caseload management, supervision and assessment of care needs and ensuring the delivery of the highest standards of personalised nursing care to patients.
