We also deliver operational maintenance, upgrades and repairs to supportRoyal Navy vessels, including the Vanguard and Astute-Class nuclear submarines.The roleThe difference our new HR Advisor - 52 weeks FTC will makeAs a HR Advisor - 52 weeks FTC, youll have a role thats out of the ordinary. We are looking for someone who understands and can interpret company HR policy and process. The successful candidate will also be able to provide advice and guidance to managers,employees, and trade union reps around all aspects of case management and advise on an appropriate way forward. You will be required to understand and have good awareness of employment law.Day to day, youll apply HR experience and knowledge to a range of situations, problems, and issues and provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to the business. To support our HRBPs and People Managers in implementing, integrating, anddelivering HR policy and procedures and ensure employees and people managers are fully aware and appraised of their legal obligation and the approach of the business to HR matters.Ensure the Company sickness and performance management policies are implemented through supporting employees and people managersFacilitate coaching and mentoring on performance improvement plans, and providing advice where appropriate such that an efficient and timely service is providedPromote a culture of continuous improvement by being proactive and providing alternative solutions to complex operational problems thus enhancing service delivery.Essential experience
