Job Description

Finance & Business Operations Manager - Helensburgh - Permanent - £Negotiable ARM are delighted to be recruiting for a Finance & Business Operations Manager to join one of their top Defence client in Helensburgh on a permanent basisAs Finance &Business Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day outputs, management and people management of the F&BO team, as well as providing financial and commercial advice across the business to the achieve objectives and Business strategy.Requirements* Professional Accounting and/or Commercial qualification (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)* People management and team leadership skills* Experience of operating within a Business Growth environment including assisting in finance elements of Business Development activities * Experience of commercial management such as: Contract or Sub-Contract management, management, and negotiation of contracts/contractual relationships.* Finance control and reporting * Contract Management with the Defence industryResponsibilities* Pricing of proposals for new and follow-on business * Management of and advocacy for the supplier data analysis and cost modelling performed by cost engineering.* Management of the workload forecasting and overhead budgeting processes* Analysis and agreement of QDC / non QDC rates with MOD auditors* Management associated business unit reports in compliance with requirements* Leadership of the planning and reporting for New Business Capture funding streams.* Contract and subcontract management, procurement and back-office support to the businessThis vacancy is being advertised by Advanced Resource Managers.
