null Helensburgh and Lomond Community Nursing Team are seeking to recruit an experienced first level general nurse, with a Specialist District Nursing Qualification in order to provide clinical leadership to the Community District Nursing team.The successful candidate will be accountable as an autonomous Specialist Practitioner to provide an accessible, appropriate, high quality service to all age groups in a semi-rural community.The post holder will use their in-depth knowledge, expertise, proficiency and experience to lead the District Nursing team in the provision of assessment and supervision of care needs, in addition to optimal care outcomes, ensuring that the highest standard of person-centred care is delivered to patients, in partnership with other members of the multi-disciplinary team.In addition, you will be expected to provide clinical and managerial leadership within the extended community care team.
