An excellent package is on offer, including generous leave, defined contribution pension scheme and overtime.The role:Primarily based at Garelochhead OFD (Oil Fuel Depot) with travel to 3 additional sites in Scotland, you will be responsible for all maintenance, small upgrades, and installations, along with on-going inspection and testing requirements, ensuring that allaspects of work are executed on time and in full compliance with company standards and UK and European legislation.Travel with overnight stays to other sites will be required as part of the electrical teams monthly schedules, for which a company van will be provided. Therefore, a full (preferably clean) driving licence is essential for this role. You will also needto be willing to undertake overtime if required during the week and weekends although, this is not mandatory.Experience/qualifications:Essential -1) SJIB Approved Electrician with the relevant ECS approved card, and 18th Edition2) Must be a time served Electrician having served a registered apprenticeship and have had practical training in electrical installation work.3) Must have obtained an NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation work (or approved equivalent).4) Must have had two years experience working as an Electrician after the satisfactory completion of training and immediately prior to the application for Approved Electrician grade.5) Electrical Maintenance background, experience of maintaining LV Motors, LV Switchgear, MCC Control Panels.6) Experience in hazardous operations, operated under COMAH regulations with previous exposure to CompEx EX01-EX04.A City & Guilds 2391-52 Electrical Inspection & Testing isdesirable, and any skills gap training will be provided to the successful candidate.Package:
