Our integrated services refresh brandsand breathe new life into businesses, making us the natural choice for you and your company.About the Role:As a Vinyl Operative, you’ll play a pivotal role in applying vinyl graphics and prints to diverse substrates. Join our dynamic team and help create visually stunning displays.Key Responsibilities:
  • Plot, weed & apply vinyl graphics and prints
  • Finish materials for various projects
  • Pack jobs for dispatch, load/unload vehicles
  • Operate vinyl plotters and cutters
  • Maintain quality control standards
  • Collaborate effectively with the team
Working Hours
  • 08:30 – 17:00
  • 30 Min lunch break 13:00 -13:30 (Unpaid)
  • 15 min break 10:00 – 10:15
  • 40 hour working week with any overtime paid at time & half rate
The Ideal Candidate:Are you friendly, hard-working, and detail-oriented Do you have:
  • Experience in signage/print industry
  • Vinyl department expertise
  • Knowledge of plotting software (Composer, Omega, Adobe Illustrator)
  • Experience in using Plotters, vinyl cutters, Mounting & Laminating
  • Experience applying vinyl, printed graphics for example to Aluminium tray panels, Foamex, dibond acrylic
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Effective communication skills

In this instance, the salary would build up to £13.00 perhour once the candidate reaches the levels of others within the department.Benefits:Your hard work and attention to detail will not go unnoticed. In return you can expect to receive the following:
  • Competitive salary of £13.00 per hour – can be negotiated dependent on skillset and experiences
  • Overtime available, paid at time and a half rate
  • 21 days annual leave increasing by one day per year after two complete years’ service (up to a maximum of 25 days)
