Job Description

Negotiable Salary + BenefitsIn order to drive new commercial opportunities and engage with our clients large existing customer base, an ambitious, dynamic Marketing Coordinator is required to join the friendly, fast paced Marketing team at a highly successful engineering firm with aglobal footprint and a reputation for providing service and product excellence.ATG Access specialise in the design, manufacture and supply of parking and access control products including cantilever, bi-fold and swing gates, automatic and manual barriers, automatic bollards, rising kerbs, speed ramps and access control equipment. Workingwith some of the most prestigious public and private sector clients, first class design is a key factor in their continued success.Our client is looking to find a Marketing Coordinator to become an integral part of the Sales & Marketing team. The role will require market research to analyse customers behavior and industry trends (e.g., purchasing habits, trends, and preferences); designingand implementing marketing campaigns; monitoring and reporting on campaign activity and results achieved through different marketing channels, both on and offline. The ideal candidate would be able to interpret customers behavior and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness and generate high-quality leads. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) are imperative, and the candidate must have a passionfor marketing strategies, a creative mind and an ambition to drive the company forward.Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to analyse customers behaviour and market trends/emerging trends (e.g. purchasing habits, trends and preferences)
  • Design and implement successful marketing campaigns
  • Track return on investment and conversion results at the end of campaigns / monthly
  • Identify and analyse competitors
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analysing sales / marketing data
  • Responsible for producing promotional materials, case studies, website content and drive social media engagement
  • Craft clear product marketing copy
  • Organise promotional activities for new products/services including seminars, CPD events, exhibitions, and product launches
  • Contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
  • Help to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product category
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the companys marketing goals.
  • Working across the full marketing mix with the goal of driving online traffic to the company website and ultimately then, leads
  • Relationship building and the management of marketing suppliers (agencies and contractors) to ensure the highest quality of support and service always
Skills & Experience
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant or Marketing Officer or a similar role
  • A relevant Degree in Marketing / Business Studies or an alternative Marketing qualification such as CIM or the Digital Marketing equivalent.
  • Alternatively, an HND qualification in either a marketing or business field.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools/techniques
  • Experience with research methods using data analytics software (Google / SEM Rush or another)
  • Expertise with SEO / SEM campaigns
  • A mastery of programs such as MS Office, digital analytical tools, social media platforms, Canva, Veed, Vimeo and similar). Knowledge of the Adobe suite (especially InDesign) would be beneficial.
